Processing Times (Temporary Update):

Each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. At this time, our current processing time is approximately 3 months from the date your order is placed. This timeline may vary slightly based on order volume and any customizations requested.

However, this extended timeframe is only temporary. Over the next 1–2 months, we will be building an inventory of our most popular products, which will significantly reduce production times moving forward. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work to improve our processes and serve you more efficiently.

We’ll continue to keep you updated throughout the production process and are always here to answer any questions you may have.

Shipping Rates:

We offer discounted shipping rates to provide our customers with cost-effective shipping options. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and order size and are provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped using UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress.

Delivery Times:

Typical delivery time after your order has shipped is approximately 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Damaged Items:

We package each product securely to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by emailing info@ariawooddesigns.com. Include detailed photographs of the damage, packaging, and your order number. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Shipping Area:

We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
